City Of Beltrami issued the following announcement on Oct 23.
The Bemidji Police Department would like to welcome our newest officer, Officer Rachel Kniss. Officer Kniss was sworn in before the City Council on Monday evening.
Officer Kniss is no stranger to our department, she spent three years as a Reserve Officer serving our community.
