Jordan home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Jordan rose by $80,550 while total sales decreased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,000 - a 28% increase over the $287,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Jordan in the third quarter of 2019.
