Northfield home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Northfield fell by $53,500 while total sales decreased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 16.8% decrease over the $318,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Northfield in the third quarter of 2019.
