Edina home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Edina fell by $3,650 while total sales decreased by 39.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $586,250 - a 0.6% decrease over the $589,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 233 homes sold in Edina in the third quarter of 2019.
