Empire home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Empire fell by $81,000 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,000 - a 25.7% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Empire in the third quarter of 2019.
