Eden Prairie home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Eden Prairie rose by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 59.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $421,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $387,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 279 homes sold in Eden Prairie in the third quarter of 2019.
