Ramsey home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Ramsey rose by $20,050 while total sales decreased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $279,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Ramsey in the third quarter of 2019.
