Plymouth home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Plymouth fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 49.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 179 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 355 homes sold in Plymouth in the third quarter of 2019.
