Hopkins home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Hopkins rose by $41,000 while total sales decreased by 56.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Hopkins in the third quarter of 2019.
