New Brighton home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in New Brighton rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 49.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $299,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in New Brighton in the third quarter of 2019.
