Columbus home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Columbus fell by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,000 - a 23.4% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Columbus in August 2019.
