Shakopee home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Shakopee fell by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 53%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 4% decrease over the $260,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Shakopee in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Shakopee for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,086, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
