The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in South St. Paul rose by $2,100 while total sales decreased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,100 - a 0.9% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in South St. Paul in July 2019.
