Edina home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Edina fell by $52,450 while total sales decreased by 43.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $542,500 - a 8.8% decrease over the $594,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Edina in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Edina for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,085, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
