Minneapolis home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Minneapolis rose by $22,737 while total sales decreased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 232 homes sold, with a median sale price of $304,062 - a 8.1% increase over the $281,325 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 596 homes sold in Minneapolis in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Minneapolis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,937, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
