Dayton home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Dayton fell by $146,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,000 - a 34.5% decrease over the $424,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dayton in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,498, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
