Rogers home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Rogers fell by $60,166 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,500 - a 19.1% decrease over the $314,666 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Rogers in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Rogers for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,373, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
