Brooklyn Center home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Brooklyn Center rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 54.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Brooklyn Center in July 2019.
