Lauderdale home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Lauderdale fell by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 26.7% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lauderdale in July 2019.
