Carver home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Carver rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 17.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $298,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Carver in the first half of 2019.
