Waconia home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Waconia rose by $11,250 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,500 - a 3.8% increase over the $296,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Waconia in the first half of 2019.
