Chaska home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Chaska fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 11.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 163 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 185 homes sold in Chaska in the first half of 2019.
