Spring Park home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Spring Park rose by $34,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $664,250 - a 5.4% increase over the $630,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Spring Park in the first half of 2019.
