Linwood home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Linwood rose by $102,000 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,500 - a 41.2% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Linwood in the first half of 2019.
