St. Francis home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in St. Francis rose by $3,800 while total sales decreased by 41.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,800 - a 1.6% increase over the $234,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in St. Francis in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in St. Francis for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,401, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
