Long Lake home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Long Lake fell by $14,700 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,500 - a 4.5% decrease over the $325,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Long Lake in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Long Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,529, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
