Maple Plain home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Maple Plain fell by $62,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 24.8% decrease over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Maple Plain in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Maple Plain for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,679, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
