Cologne home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Cologne fell by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,500 - a 16.1% decrease over the $334,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Cologne in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Cologne for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,916, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
