New Germany home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in New Germany rose by $27,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,750 - a 13.5% increase over the $202,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in New Germany in the second quarter of 2019.
