Plymouth home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Plymouth fell by $4,700 while total sales decreased by 41.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 194 homes sold, with a median sale price of $369,300 - a 1.3% decrease over the $374,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 331 homes sold in Plymouth in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Plymouth for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,491, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
