Victoria home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Victoria fell by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 14.6% decrease over the $497,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Victoria in June 2019.
