Excelsior home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Excelsior rose by $472,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $812,500 - a 139% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Excelsior in June 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Excelsior for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,838, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
