Dayton home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Dayton rose by $83,893 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,450 - a 30.9% increase over the $271,557 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Dayton in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Dayton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,498, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
