Plymouth home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Plymouth fell by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 65.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,000 - a 5.9% decrease over the $374,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in Plymouth in June 2019.
