Hopkins home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Hopkins rose by $54,650 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,700 - a 19.9% increase over the $275,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Hopkins in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Hopkins for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,455, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
