Eagan home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Eagan rose by $25,623 while total sales decreased by 46.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 179 homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,523 - a 8.6% increase over the $297,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 335 homes sold in Eagan in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Eagan for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,079, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
