Apple Valley home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Apple Valley rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 200 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $266,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 291 homes sold in Apple Valley in the second quarter of 2019.
