St. Paul Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in St. Paul Park rose by $30,118 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,000 - a 13% increase over the $230,883 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in St. Paul Park in the second quarter of 2019.
