West St. Paul home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in West St. Paul rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 58.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 14% increase over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in West St. Paul in the second quarter of 2019.
