Oakdale home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Oakdale rose by $13,750 while total sales decreased by 19.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,250 - a 5.4% increase over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Oakdale in the second quarter of 2019.
