Hampton (Dakota County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Hampton in Dakota County fell by $75,875 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,950 - a 29.1% decrease over the $260,825 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hampton in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Hampton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,497, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
