Eureka Center home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Eureka Center rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Eureka Center in the first half of 2019.
