Lakeville home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Lakeville rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 30.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 313 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,500 - a 5.7% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 451 homes sold in Lakeville in the first half of 2019.
