Mendota Heights home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Mendota Heights fell by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 43.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 18.8% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Mendota Heights in the first half of 2019.
