Farmington home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Farmington rose by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 173 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,500 - a 10% increase over the $256,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 245 homes sold in Farmington in the first half of 2019.
