Apple Valley home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Apple Valley rose by $6,100 while total sales decreased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 353 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $263,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 437 homes sold in Apple Valley in the first half of 2019.
