Bayport home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Bayport rose by $18,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,250 - a 7.1% increase over the $252,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Bayport in the first half of 2019, as well.
