Little Canada home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Little Canada fell by $113,000 while total sales decreased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,450 - a 40.9% decrease over the $276,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Little Canada in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Little Canada for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,229, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
