St. Paul home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in St. Paul rose by $8,125 while total sales decreased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 1,428 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,125 - a 3.7% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,755 homes sold in St. Paul in the first half of 2019.
