Arden Hills home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Arden Hills rose by $69,050 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $325,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Arden Hills in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Arden Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,612, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
